What is the difference between microfibre and cotton bedding?
Microfibre bedding is made from ultra-fine synthetic fibres that create an exceptionally soft, lightweight, and wrinkle-resistant fabric. It is generally more affordable, quick-drying, and low-maintenance than cotton — ideal for everyday luxury. Cotton bedding is a natural fibre that is breathable, durable, and gets softer with every wash. Both are available in our OLIVIA ROCCO range — the right choice depends on your personal preference for feel, breathability, and care requirements.
What are your bathrobes made from and how do they compare?
Our bathrobe range includes several premium fabric options — each with distinct qualities. Our velour robes are smooth, lustrous, and lightweight with a luxurious drape. Our sherpa fleece robes are ultra-plush, thick, and cosy — ideal for colder months. Our waffle cotton robes are breathable, absorbent, and quick-drying — perfect for post-shower use. All styles are available in our signature hooded design for full coverage and comfort.
Do your curtains come with curtain rings or hooks included?
Our eyelet curtains are designed to thread directly onto a standard curtain pole through the built-in eyelets — no additional rings or hooks required. Our pencil pleat curtains require curtain hooks to hang, which are widely available and not included. All curtain product pages clearly state the heading type, compatible pole sizes, and any additional hardware required so you can be fully prepared before your order arrives.
What fill is used in your pillows and duvets?
Our duvets and pillows are filled with premium hollow fibre — a hypoallergenic, cruelty-free alternative to down that provides excellent warmth, loft, and comfort. Hollow fibre is machine washable, quick-drying, and maintains its shape and insulating properties wash after wash. All fill weights and tog ratings are clearly listed on individual product pages to help you choose the right level of warmth for your needs.
Are your loungewear and pyjama sets true to size?
Yes — our women's loungewear and pyjama sets are designed to true UK clothing sizes. We offer a range from Small (UK 8–10) through to Extra Large (UK 20–22) across most styles. Full size guides with bust, waist, and hip measurements are listed on each product page. If you prefer a more relaxed, oversized fit, we recommend sizing up. How do I choose the right duvet tog rating for my needs?
Tog is the measure of a duvet's thermal resistance — the higher the tog, the warmer the duvet. As a general guide: 4.5 tog is ideal for summer or warm sleepers; 10.5 tog suits most people year-round in a typical UK home; 13.5–15 tog is best for winter or cold sleepers. We also offer all-season duvets that combine a lighter and heavier duvet which can be used separately or clipped together — perfect for UK weather year-round.
Can I tumble dry my OLIVIA ROCCO bedding and towels?
Most of our bedding and towels can be tumble dried on a low to medium heat setting. Tumble drying towels on a low heat actually helps restore their softness and fluffiness after washing. We recommend removing items from the dryer while still slightly damp and allowing them to finish air-drying to preserve fabric quality and extend their lifespan. Always check the care label on individual products for specific guidance.
How do I keep my towels soft and fluffy after multiple washes?
To maintain the softness and fluffiness of your towels, avoid using fabric softener — it coats the fibres and reduces absorbency over time. Instead, add a cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle every few washes to remove detergent buildup and restore softness naturally. Shake your towels out before placing them in the dryer and tumble dry on a low heat. Avoid over-drying as this can make fibres feel stiff and rough.
What curtain pole diameter are your eyelet curtains compatible with?
Our eyelet curtains are compatible with standard curtain poles up to 28mm in diameter — the most common size used in UK homes. If you have a non-standard or decorative pole, please check the internal eyelet diameter listed on the individual product page before ordering. All our curtains are supplied with a standard heading allowance and can be adjusted by a curtain maker if a custom fit is required.
How do I measure my bed for the correct duvet cover size?
To ensure the perfect fit, measure your mattress width and length before ordering. As a guide: Single (90x190cm), Double (135x190cm), King (150x200cm), Super King (180x200cm). Our duvet covers are sized to accommodate standard UK mattress dimensions with a generous overhang on each side. Are your fabrics ethically sourced?

Orders & payment
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch — so amendments and cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@oliviarocco.com and we will do our best to make the change. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled but can be returned under our 35-day returns policy.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. If you have a valid code that is not working, contact us at support@oliviarocco.com and we will investigate and assist promptly.
Is it safe to pay on the OLIVIA ROCCO website?
Yes — our website uses SSL encryption and secure checkout technology to ensure your payment details are fully protected at all times. We do not store card details on our servers. Delivery & tracking
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands?
Yes — we deliver to all areas within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and the Channel Islands. Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery applies across all UK regions. Delivery to remote areas and islands may occasionally take slightly longer than standard estimates. All UK orders qualify for free delivery over £22.
What happens if my parcel is lost in transit?
In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at support@oliviarocco.com with your order number and tracking details. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a full replacement or refund promptly. Please allow up to 10 working days for Royal Mail to complete their investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card or digital notification if they are unable to deliver your parcel. You can then arrange redelivery, collect from your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or redirect to an alternative address via the Royal Mail website or app using your tracking number. If your parcel is not collected or redelivered within the holding period, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@oliviarocco.com and we will do our best to update your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched with Royal Mail, we are unable to redirect it — you will need to manage the redelivery directly with Royal Mail using your tracking number.
Do you offer a next day delivery option?
Our fastest delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically delivers within 1–3 working days from dispatch. While this is not guaranteed next day delivery, orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day — giving you the best possible chance of receiving your order the following day. We are exploring guaranteed next day delivery options for the future.
Returns & refunds
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of us confirming it has been processed, contact us at support@oliviarocco.com.
Can I exchange my homeware for a different size or colour?
Yes — exchanges are available within our 35-day returns window. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify. Contact us at support@oliviarocco.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you require. Subject to stock availability, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement as quickly as possible.
What if my product develops a fault after use?
If any OLIVIA ROCCO product develops a manufacturing fault — such as seam failures, colour fading, or fabric defects — within a reasonable period of normal use, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Contact us at support@oliviarocco.com with your order number and clear photographs of the fault. We take product quality extremely seriously and will always resolve genuine quality issues fairly and promptly.
Can I return bedding if I have removed it from the packaging?
Bedding that has been removed from its original packaging but remains unused and unwashed can still be returned within our 35-day window. However, if bedding has been used or washed, we are unable to accept it as a return for hygiene reasons. If you have any concerns about your purchase before opening, contact us at support@oliviarocco.com and we will be happy to advise before you open the packaging.
